EXPLOITATION of Lower caste in india by upper caste

It is very dangerous for the future in india only 25 % upper caste population  in india but they are in ruling,they are IAS,IPS,IFS,Judicial & other higher in services  including all &
75% lower caste(OBC+SC+ST+Minority) population living in india & at present EXPLOITATION of Lower caste in india by upper caste is in Peak in all stages (in Education,in Social livings,in marriages,in Services.......& at all......) just like a Co lour DIVISIVENESS  in some outer countries with black colours  persons,
in india these DIVISIVENESS & EXPLOITATION  of Lower caste by  upper caste which directly & indirectly protected by some ORGANISATIONS .........of Hindu, but they forget 75% lower caste + Minority.

 I pray to the God/Eashwer/Allah...& Higher developed Countries(The America,The Great Britain,......&.All) ,  When will come the time than equilibrium position will be come for The Great Lower Caste PUBLIC in India?
Higher population 75%  PEOPLE want a judgment for equilibrium position in all stages.

 & it is true after this statement they surch me,they torture me & try to punished me with my family but it is true.
